This is the privacy policy for Groove Therapy Jazz (https://www.groovetherapy.live) and the Groove Therapy Social Meta app we use to publish to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Mailing list: email address, name, city, zip code, confirmation status, and an unsubscribe token when you sign up at https://www.groovetherapy.live/signup. Google reCAPTCHA may process your request to block spam.
- Gig drawings: first name, last name, email, phone, and city when you enter a drawing at a live show (https://www.groovetherapy.live/drawing), plus whether you told us you followed our Facebook and Instagram pages. Google reCAPTCHA may process your request to block spam.
- Booking inquiries: name, email, event details, and message from the Book Us form. Google reCAPTCHA may process your request to block spam.
- Social publishing: captions, images, and schedule times that we create in our admin tools, then send to Facebook and Instagram through Meta’s Graph API for the Groove Therapy Page and @groovetherapy.live account we own. We do not ask fans to log in with Facebook or Instagram, and we do not collect other people’s Facebook or Instagram profile data.
- Hosting logs: standard server logs such as IP address, browser, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use this information to send show updates you asked for, run in-person drawings at gigs, answer booking requests, publish Groove Therapy content to our own social accounts, and keep the website working. We do not sell personal information.
How we share it
We use Google Cloud to host the site and store mailing-list and gig-drawing records, Gmail to send email, Google reCAPTCHA on the mailing-list, drawing, and contact forms, and Meta only to publish our own posts. We share information with those providers as needed to provide those services.
How to request that your data be deleted
Email q@groovetherapy.live and ask us to delete your data. Mailing-list subscribers can also use the unsubscribe link in any Groove Therapy email. More detail: https://www.groovetherapy.live/data-deletion.
