This page explains how to request deletion of data Groove Therapy holds, including data related to the Groove Therapy Social Meta app.
Request deletion
Email q@groovetherapy.live with the subject line “Delete my data.” Tell us the email address or other details we should remove.
We will delete mailing-list records, gig-drawing entries, booking-form messages, and related social-draft records tied to that request, then email you to confirm. Typical turnaround is a few business days.

You can also unsubscribe yourself at any time using the link in a Groove Therapy email, or visit https://www.groovetherapy.live/unsubscribe.
Facebook and Instagram
The Groove Therapy Social app only publishes content to Groove Therapy’s own Page and Instagram account. It does not store Facebook or Instagram profiles of fans. If you connected or tested the app with a Meta account and want that connection removed, email us and also remove the app under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
